Bolsonaro recebeu R$ 17,2 milhões via Pix neste ano, aponta relatório do Coaf

BRASÍLIA, DF (FOLHAPRESS0 – Relatório do Coaf (Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras) sobre a conta do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) mostra o recebimento de R$ 17,2 milhões via transação por Pix nos seis primeiros meses do ano. O órgão aponta que as movimentações atípicas podem estar atreladas à vaquinha feita para pagar multas com a Justiça.

A reportagem procurou o ex-secretário de Comunicação Social Fabio Wajngarten para obter um posicionamento de Bolsonaro. Ele disse que entraria em contato com o ex-presidente, mas até a conclusão deste texto não houve resposta.

Dados do Coaf obtidos pela Folha mostram que só entre os dias 1º de janeiro e 4 de julho o ex-presidente da República recebeu mais de 769 mil transações via Pix que totalizaram R$ 17.196.005,80. O montante corresponde a quase todo o valor movimentado por Bolsonaro no período, de R$ 18.498.532.

O Coaf afirma que as transações “atípicas” podem ter relação com a campanha de doações organizada em junho para o pagamento de multas. A Justiça de São Paulo, por exemplo, determinou o bloqueio de valores de Bolsonaro por ele não ter usado máscara durante a pandemia de coronavírus.

“No período chamou a atenção o montante de PIXs recebidos em situação atípica e incompatível. Esses lançamentos provavelmente possuem relação com a notícia divulgada na mídia”, diz trecho do relatório, citando uma reportagem publicada no último dia 2 de julho.

No início do mês, Bolsonaro afirmou que já tinha recebido o suficiente para pagar todas as multas que recebeu em processos judiciais e eventuais novas punições. O ex-presidente disse que o montante seria divulgado “brevemente”, sem dar detalhes.

“Foi algo espontâneo por parte da população. O Pix nasceu no nosso governo. Já foi arrecadado o suficiente para pagar as atuais multas e a expectativa de outras multas. O valor a gente vai mostrar brevemente. Agradeço a contribuição, mesmo sem ser a pedido. A massa contribuiu entre R$ 2 e R$ 22.”

Na eleição do ano passado, o ex-presidente declarou patrimônio total de R$ 2,3 milhões.

O relatório do Coaf traz o montante transferido via Pix e uma lista de diferentes depósitos realizados pela ferramenta ou por transferência convencional. O detalhamento só informa depósitos a partir de R$ 5.000 e não é possível saber se eles foram feitos via Pix ou transferência.

Além do PL, que transferiu R$ 47,8 mil a Bolsonaro em dois lançamentos, outros 18 nomes pagaram de R$ 5.000 a R$ 20 mil ao ex-presidente, segundo o Coaf. A relação inclui empresários, advogados, pecuarista, militar, agricultor, estudante e duas pessoas identificadas como “do lar”.

Há ainda três empresas. Só uma delas depositou R$ 9.647 na conta do ex-presidente em 62 lançamentos. O relatório tampouco especifica se os depósitos foram feitos dentro da campanha movida por apoiadores de Bolsonaro.

As informações foram enviadas para a CPI do 8 de janeiro com dados de outras pessoas ligadas a Bolsonaro, atualmente na mira de várias investigações na esfera criminal, a maioria relatada pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal).

A chave Pix do ex-presidente foi divulgada por parlamentares e ex-integrantes do governo, como os ex-ministros Gilson Machado e Fabio Wajngarten, e o deputado estadual Bruno Engler (PL-MG).

No final do mês passado, o deputado federal Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG), correligionário de Bolsonaro eleito em 2022 como o mais votado do país, pediu que seus seguidores doassem “qualquer valor para que Bolsonaro pague essas multas e não sofra nenhuma retaliação por parte do Poder Judiciário”.

“Estão aí os dados, esses dados são verdadeiros da conta Pix do Jair Bolsonaro. Se você puder ajudar, tenho certeza aí que têm mais de milhões e milhões de brasileiros que podem contribuir”, afirmou Ferreira em um vídeo publicado no Instagram.

No dia 13 de junho, a Justiça de São Paulo determinou o bloqueio de R$ 87,4 mil das contas de Bolsonaro pelo não pagamento de multa por não ter usado máscara durante a pandemia. Outra decisão, porém, chegou a desbloquear mais de metade desse valor.

O relatório do Coaf aponta as cifras de R$ 195.559 e R$ 30.698 como “bloqueio judicial”. O órgão também indica que Bolsonaro recebeu R$ 230.366 em proventos nos seis primeiros meses deste ano.

O TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral) manteve uma multa de R$ 90 mil contra Bolsonaro por propaganda irregular contra o presidente Lula (PT), então candidato.

Como a Folha de S.Paulo mostrou em março, Bolsonaro passou a acumular rendimentos mensais que ultrapassam R$ 86 mil após deixar a Presidência. O valor inclui salários de presidente de honra do PL e aposentadorias de militar e deputado.

Em junho, o TSE decidiu, por 5 votos a 2, tornar Bolsonaro inelegível por oito anos.

Com isso, o ex-presidente, que tem 68 anos, somente estará apto a se candidatar novamente em 2030, aos 75 anos de idade, ficando afastado portanto de três eleições até lá (sendo uma delas a nacional de 2026).

A ação julgada teve como foco a reunião em julho do ano passado com embaixadores estrangeiros no Palácio da Alvorada, residência oficial da Presidência da República.

Na ocasião, a menos de três meses da eleição, Bolsonaro fez afirmações falsas e distorcidas sobre o processo eleitoral, alegando estar se baseando em dados oficiais, além de buscar desacreditar ministros do TSE.
