A denúncia diz que o suspeito estava de posse dos cartões dos pais há mais de um ano

SÃO PAULO, SP (UOL/FOLHAPRESS) – Um homem, de 52 anos de idade, foi preso em flagrante na terça-feira (9) em Goiânia (GO) por exploração financeira e maus-tratos contra os próprios pais.

A denúncia diz que o suspeito estava de posse dos cartões dos pais há mais de um ano. O filho não custeava as despesas com alimentação, vestuário, higienização da casa e medicamentos necessários, segundo a Polícia Civil. A ação policial foi desencadeada logo após denúncia anônima.

A mãe, de 87 anos, e o pai, de 82, foram encontrados pela polícia em situação de extrema precariedade e abandono. A casa estava suja, sem alimentação adequada e com restos de alimentos na geladeira, que “exalava forte odor de podridão”.

A idosa é cadeirante e encontrava-se acamada e molhada de urina. A vítima pedia ajuda dos policiais o tempo todo, suplicando por água, comida e para ser levada ao hospital, se queixando de dores no corpo.

Ao ser questionada se recebia alimento do filho, alegou que era alimentada apenas com bolachas, mas que não conseguia engolir. O idoso, por sua vez, apresentou desnutrição, palidez, além de estar com a roupa suja.

Foram encontrados em um copo no armário do ambiente os cartões bancários dos idosos, além de documentações demonstrando que mais de 10 empréstimos foram realizados nas contas das vítimas.

Os policiais solicitaram ajuda do Corpo de Bombeiros para encaminhar a idosa ao hospital pelo seu estado de desidratação, desnutrição e uma lesão próximo à nádega, o que também foi feito em relação ao idoso. Na ocasião do resgate, a equipe de bombeiros se emocionou quando viu a idosa pedir comida.

A Polícia Civil diz que um prato de mingau foi providenciado para a idosa, que “comeu como se há dias não tivesse se alimentado”.

O filho do casal de idosos foi autuado pelos delitos de maus-tratos e exploração financeira, que podem chegar a cinco anos de prisão.
