Iphac inaugura Hub de Inovação Social voltado para a juventude

Em 24 de abril é comemorado o Dia Internacional do Jovem Trabalhador, data escolhida pela Organização Internacional do Trabalho (OIT) para reforçar a importância de inserir os jovens no mercado.

E o empreendedorismo é um dos motores que o Instituto Promover – Iphac faz girar para que o jovem possa ter a oportunidade de primeiro emprego e até mesmo para formação de uma carreira.

Para marcar a data, o Instituto Promover inaugura, nesta segunda, 24, um Hub de inovação social, que oferece um espaço de trabalho na área digital para jovens aprendizes, estagiários e aos que estão iniciando a vida no primeiro emprego.

A Inauguração acontecerá com a recepção dos convidados em dois momentos: às 9h e às 14h, quando o local será apresentado à imprensa, aos jovens e suas famílias.

Além de sala de tecnologia e sala de criatividade com acesso a equipamentos e internet, o Hub inclui estúdio de geração e transmissão de conteúdo onde os jovens aprendem gravar e editar vídeos para as redes sociais e a produzir outros conteúdos digitais.

Inicialmente, cerca de mil jovens serão beneficiados por ano. São estudantes que participam dos processos de formação do Iphac, a maioria jovens aprendizes e estagiários.

“O Hub de inovação social é fruto resultado de relações internacionais, dos trabalhos que temos feito em outros países com projetos voltados para a juventude a partir do Fundo Erasmus”, explica Valdinei Valério, presidente do Iphac.

Ele lembra que recentemente foi desenvolvido um trabalho com jovens em nove países o ACT, que incluiu dois projetos, o de antiradicalização e o Startup Explorer, que é um trabalho de empreendedorismo e tecnologia a partir de startups.

“Nós acreditamos que compartilhar conhecimentos de empreendedorismo e inovação desde cedo faz com que os jovens tenham uma visão mais ampla do mercado de trabalho e das oportunidades que ele mesmo pode gerar na sua comunidade”, defende Valdinei Valério.

Além das aulas oferecidas pelo Iphac, durante a preparação do jovem para uma vaga de emprego como aprendiz, o Instituto oferece oficinas e cursos nos Centros de Referência das Juventudes em todo o Brasil. O Hub será um espaço para os cursos, mas especialmente para fomentar a inovação.

Nestes espaços, que valorizam a força das comunidades e a relação do emprego com questões sociais importantes, como violência, drogas e abandono dos estudos, o empreendedorismo com inovação e tecnologia abrem portas para um futuro de oportunidades.

É o caso da adolescente Letícia, moradora de uma comunidade em Colatina, Espírito Santo. Ela é garota de programa e afirmou aos colaboradores do Iphac a vontade de voltar a estudar e fazer um curso profissionalizante.

Mas como ela precisa trabalhar para cuidar dos irmãos mais novos, porque o pai e a mãe estão presos, ela não viu outra alternativa a não ser se prostituir. Ela falou que o sonho era fazer bolo, comida e também atuar na área da beleza.

“A nossa equipe de articulação e transversalidade busca divulgar e debater com o território, criando pertencimento da comunidade, por meio de parcerias com os equipamentos públicos e privados para mobilizar as juventudes locais”, reforça a articuladora social do Iphac, Marisol de Almeida Correia.
