nOCebraspe lançou os editais do Programa de Atualização e Qualificação de Avaliadores (PAQ-A) e do Programa de Aperfeiçoamento e Qualificação deSupervisores (PAQ-S), que irão selecionar colaboradores para atuarem na avaliação das redações do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) de 2023.nnOs interessados em participar do PAQ (A e S) devem realizar sua inscrição entre os dias 30 de junho e 10 de julho, pelo endereço eletrônico https://www.cebraspe.org.br/trabalhe-conosco/, área de Chamadas Públicas, e apresentar documentos que comprovem o atendimento aos requisitos previstos nos editais dos processos seletivos.nnREQUISITOS – Para participar do Programa de Atualização e Qualificação de Avaliadores (PAQ-A) é necessário ter graduação na área de Letras/Língua Portuguesa ou Linguística.nnJá os requisitos básicos para participação noPrograma de Aperfeiçoamento e Qualificação da Equipe deSupervisores (PAQ-S) são ter graduação na área de Letras/Língua Portuguesa ou Linguística; mestrado, doutorado ou especialização em Língua Portuguesa, em Literaturas de Língua Portuguesa ou em Linguística,ou experiência comprovada de, no mínimo, três anos em avaliação de redações em larga escala; e ter participado como supervisor ou como auxiliar de supervisão nas edições anteriores doEnem.nnFASES – As seleções irão contar com duas fases. A primeira fase para Avaliadores é o curso de capacitação a distância e cinco módulos, com 120 horas de duração e caráter eliminatório. Para Supervisores, a primeira fase éo curso de aperfeiçoamento a distância, com 180 horas de duração. Ambos serão realizadospor meio da plataforma Moodle. A segunda fase prevê a aplicação de provas objetiva e discursiva, de forma presencial para Avaliadores e Supervisores, a ser realizada nas capitais dos 26 estados da federação e no Distrito Federal.nnCRONOGRAMA –Nas duas seleções,o curso a distância será realizado entre 24 de agosto e 27 de setembro.
