nnnnSeguindo a norma regulamentadora NR 05 do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, o Hospital Estadual da Mulher Dr. Jurandir do Nascimento (HEMU) realizará de 8 a 11 de maio (segunda a quinta-feira), das 7h às 23h, a eleição dos novos membros da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA) para gestão 2023/2024. A comissão paritária é constituída por representantes dos empregados, eleitos em escrutínio secreto, e dos empregadores, designados pelo empregador. A CIPA têm como objetivo formar uma parceria entre funcionários e empresa para que de uma forma dinâmica e funcional possa haver um diálogo para a conscientização da prevenção de acidentes e promoção da saúde no ambiente laboral. Dentre as funções da CIPA está a preservação da integridade física dos funcionários através de ações que minimizem situações de riscos de acidentes e doenças no trabalho.
