Hospital promove campanha de conscientização entre os profissionais administrativos e assistenciais da unidade sobre a cultura permanente de prevenção de acidentes e doenças no trabalho
nnnnO Serviço Especializado em Segurança e Medicina do Trabalho (Sesmt) do Hospital Estadual de Aparecida de Goiânia Cairo Louzada (Heapa), em conjunto com a Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (Cipa), promoveu entre os dias 26 e 28 de abril, nos turnos diurnos e noturnos, campanha de conscientização entre os profissionais administrativos e assistenciais da unidade sobre a cultura permanente de prevenção de acidentes e doenças no trabalho, também conhecida como “Abril Verde”.
nnnnAs técnicas em segurança do trabalho Carla Ramos e Marli Gomes, visitaram cada setor da unidade. Pequenas perguntas eram sorteadas aos trabalhadores do hospital relacionadas ao tema e, se respondida corretamente, eram entregues brindes levados por elas. “Durante as nossas visitas, estamos alertando sobre os principais riscos à saúde que o ambiente hospitalar oferece e o que se pode fazer para evitar os acidentes de trabalho. O nosso papel não é de punir os trabalhadores, mas sim mostrar a eles que podem contar com nosso apoio em qualquer momento”, frisou Carla.
nnnnDurante os três dias de ação, a meta de abordagens aos colaboradores pelas técnicas foi atingida, alcançando cerca de 130 participantes. “É importante recebermos essas orientações pois podemos não considerar pequenos incidentes que seriam de menor valor como acidente de trabalho. As perguntas elaboradas também ajudou a reciclar alguns conhecimentos que temos e serviu de aprendizado para o que não sabíamos”, disse a assistente administrativa, Norma Rodrigues.
