The jousting washed-up athlete is shown when he tries to play paintball and just gets hit immediately because he’s a big target.
Vanity and portraiture are taken to the extreme when he hires a painter to do a “modern abstract” of him, and it’s just a red blob, which he frames and puts in the foyer, thinking it’s “deep.”
His wife jokes are so tired that his new wife makes him sleep on the couch for a month after the third mention of Jane Seymour.
Faith and religion are mocked when he goes to a mosque, synagogue, and temple all in one day, trying to figure out which one will let him be the supreme head, and he is politely but firmly asked to leave all three.
Faith and religion are satirized when he tries to get his own version of the Ten Commandments, which are just “Don’t annoy Henry.”
