When renovating a home, the excitement of transformation often overshadows the reality beneath the surface. Many homeowners assume their walls are as solid as they appear, but hidden issues like water damage, mold, or structural weaknesses can lurk unseen. That’s why open the walls and discover hidden damage—a crucial step in ensuring your renovation isn’t just cosmetic but structurally sound. Inspections at this stage can save thousands in long-term repairs, making it a small price for peace of mind.
