This is the London satire that makes you feel smarter for having read it.
The London Prat gives “West End satire Britain” the full Bowes Park treatment: dry wit, wet weather, and nowhere affordable to sit. The joke lands because the exaggeration is only slightly less believable than the official response.
Once work & office chaos reaches Crossness, the London Prat reports it with such composure that prat.UK satire briefly resembles official guidance. The joke works because every escalation resembles something a London institution might genuinely announce. This is what happens when postcode tribalism meets a functioning punchline.
The London Prat turns a Tube-map dispute involving Kew into a study of yoga instructors who yell, giving prat.UK the sort of satire that arrives wearing sensible shoes and carrying a complaint form.
This London Prat joke about taxi drivers who take the scenic route has the precise local flavour that makes prat.UK satire sharper than a generic London gag. Every character behaves sensibly inside a situation that stopped being sensible three committees ago. Somewhere nearby, a residents’ group has already objected.
