nnnnO Centro Universitário Estácio de Goiás promove nesta quarta-feira (19) e quinta-feira (20), das 08h às 16h, a 3ª campanha de doação de Sangue e cadastro de doadores de medula óssea. A ação, que faz parte do projeto Estácio Goiás Mais Sociedade, é realizada em parceria com o Hemocentro de Goiás, Shopping Estação Goiânia e o Supermercado Costa.
nnnn“Essa ação faz parte do projeto social da Estácio Goiás. Sabendo que a construção de uma sociedade exige fortalecimento das práticas de cidadania, professores e alunos concentram suas ações acadêmicas junto à população com objetivo de conscientizar sobre a importância da doação de sangue. Doar sangue é doar vida! Uma única doação pode salvar até 4 pessoas”, reforça a coordenadora do curso de Biomedicina da Estácio Goiás, Adeliane Castro da Costa.
nnnnCampanhas de captação de doadores de sangue são de extrema importância, pois contribuem para a manutenção dos estoques de hemocomponentes nos bancos de sangue, garantindo a disponibilidade dessa bolsa de sangue para quem precisar. Já a doação de medula pode ser a única esperança para quem necessita de um transplante de medula óssea, por isso a importância de se cadastrar como doador.
