nnnnOutra ação protocolada pela coligação de Lula na Justiça atribui a Bolsonaro e a apoiadores a tentativa de deslegitimar o processo eleitoral brasileiro. “A demanda abrange atos e declarações ocorridos antes do registro de candidatura, durante o período eleitoral, na data do segundo turno e após a divulgação dos resultados que atestaram a vitória do candidato da coligação autora”, destaca o relatório do corregedor-geral da Justiça Eleitoral, ministro Benedito Gonçalves.

Em um dos processos, a então candidatura petista aponta abuso de poder político e econômico e uso indevido dos meios de comunicação, considerando que a celebração do 7 de Setembro foi custeada com recursos públicos e transmitida ao vivo pela TV Brasil.
nnnnJunto de Bolsonaro e do general Braga Netto – candidato a vice no ano passado -, outras 16 pessoas foram acusadas, incluindo o pastor Silas Malafaia e o empresário Luciano Hang. Uma outra ação protocolada pela senadora Soraya Thronicke (União Brasil-MS) também pede investigação eleitoral sobre suposto uso indevido da comemoração do 7 de Setembro. Bolsonaro e Braga Netto são alvo da ação.
nnnnOs dois são ainda investigados em mais três ações por abuso de poder político e econômico que dizem respeito à atuação do então presidente na 77ª Assembleia-Geral da ONU e no velório da rainha da Inglaterra.
nnnnO TSE retomará hoje o julgamento de Bolsonaro. O foco desta ação é uma reunião com embaixadores na qual o então presidente questionou, sem provas, a lisura do processo eleitoral. Ontem, em São Paulo, Bolsonaro disse que “sugestões de aperfeiçoamento no sistema eleitoral” não podem ser consideradas “ataque à democracia”.
