Been using Tenobet since about February, and I reckon I’ve got enough mileage to give an honest take. Came across it through someone on another board who was chasing a site with decent slot coverage without all the affordability checks you get now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on GamStop, and that cuts both ways.
Game selection’s genuinely big — about 4,000+ games last I looked, and the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Personally I stick to Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, which both run fine in browser. Live side is all Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — proper croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time when I fancy a punt on something daft. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which gets a bit of use from me on the football, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
Bonus-wise is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Check the playthrough first, it’s not the loosest to be honest. No no-deposit freebie that I could find. For the the live offers, you’ll find them at tenobet casino if you’re curious. Min deposit’s ?10, the form took maybe two minutes.
Payments have been the better half for me. Visa/Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. Skrill withdrawals have come through within a day; Visa took closer to three days. My main gripe was KYC — they took about two days to approve my ID, which held up the first payout just sat there until that cleared. Not a scam, but slow.
Other gripes: no native app, so you’re on the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though an app would be nicer. The login can be a bit slow around weekend evenings. Support’s live chat, English, decent, though the first replies read like templates. Ask a specific question and they’re helpful enough.
I’ve been playing at Tenobet since roughly February, so I figure I’ve got a fair bit of history to give an honest take. Stumbled on it via someone on another board who was chasing something with proper slot coverage without all the affordability nonsense you see everywhere now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: it’s not UK Gambling Commission licensed and it’s not on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is pretty huge — about 3,000+ titles by my count, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly stick to Sweet Bonanza plus Book of Dead, which both behave properly in browser. Live side is all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer is 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 at deposit or it won’t trigger. Do read the terms before you commit, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. For the current promos, have a look at tenobet login before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, the form took maybe two minutes.
Money side’s been generally fine for me. Visa and Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have landed within a day; card payouts took slower, 3-4 days. What did wind me up was the verification — they took a day and a half to clear my documents, and my first withdrawal sat waiting the whole time. Nothing shady about it, just a bit of a wait.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so you’re on the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my phone but I do miss having one. The login can be a bit slow in the evenings. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, though the opening messages read like templates. Push past that and they’re helpful enough.
