SÃO PAULO, SP (FOLHAPRESS) – A nova turnê de Anitta terá uma proposta diferente da tradicional sequência de abertura, bebidas e show. Antes de subir ao palco, a cantora vai interromper temporariamente a venda de bebidas alcoólicas para dar espaço a uma programação dedicada ao bem-estar, ao autoconhecimento e ao autocuidado.
A dinâmica será adotada em todas as cidades por onde a “Equilibrivm Tour” passar. A turnê estreia em 1º de agosto, em Porto Alegre.
Entre 14h e 16h30, o público poderá participar de atividades como meditação, ioga, massagens, práticas de respiração (breathwork), sound healing, dança circular e rodas de cura. Também estarão disponíveis experiências ligadas ao autoconhecimento, como leituras de tarô, numerologia e mapa astral.

A curadoria das atividades é da Virada Zen, festival dedicado ao autoconhecimento, à saúde e ao bem-estar. Segundo a organização, a proposta é democratizar o acesso a práticas que promovam equilíbrio físico, mental e espiritual.
Em comunicado divulgado pela equipe, Anitta afirmou que o projeto reflete um momento pessoal vivido por ela.
Mariana Amaral, criadora da Virada Zen, afirmou que a parceria leva o trabalho desenvolvido pelo festival a um público ainda maior. Segundo ela, há mais de dez anos o movimento reúne profissionais que oferecem gratuitamente atividades ligadas ao autoconhecimento e à saúde mental, e participar da turnê de Anitta reforça a importância do autocuidado.
