I’ve been using Tenobet since roughly February, and I figure I have enough experience to actually comment. Stumbled on it off a mate of mine who wanted somewhere with decent slot coverage without all the deposit limit nagging you run into now on the regulated UK ones. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that cuts both ways.
The lobby is pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ games by my count, and the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Personally I grind Sweet Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza, both load quick on mobile browser. The live rooms are all Evolution, which means what you’re getting — proper croupiers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. They do sports as well, and it I’ve used a handful of times on footy, nothing special.
The welcome thing it’s 100% up to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you’ll want the code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before you commit, the requirement is not amazing but not predatory to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus unfortunately. For the the live offers, you’ll find them over on tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, the form took about three minutes.
Payments have been the better half for me. Visa/Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, and crypto if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through in under 24 hours; card payouts took a bit longer. My main gripe was the verification — it took a day and a half to verify me, so the first cashout sat waiting the whole time. Not a scam, just a bit of a wait.
Few more things: no native app, so you’re on the mobile site. Honestly it’s fine on my iPhone but I do miss having one. The login can be a bit slow at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies read like templates. Get past the script and someone competent turns up.
Been playing at Tenobet for February, and I suppose I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to say something useful. Stumbled on it through a mate of mine who wanted something with half-decent lobby depth without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UKGC sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, and that is either the point or a dealbreaker.
Game selection’s honestly massive — somewhere around 4,000+ games going by the counter, and the usual heavy hitters are present: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly grind Sweet Bonanza plus Gates of Olympus, which both load quick on mobile browser. The live rooms are Evolution, so you know what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve dabbled in on Premier League, nothing special.
The welcome thing it’s a 100% match to ?125 and 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the code JOIN002 or it won’t trigger. Read the wagering before you commit, it’s not the loosest to be honest. There’s no no-deposit bonus that I could find. If you want to see current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet reviews before you sign up. Min deposit’s a tenner, registration took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been the better half in my experience. Visa/Mastercard go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed same day twice; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was the verification — they took about two days to approve my ID, so the first cashout just sat there until that cleared. Not dodgy, just slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so you’re on mobile browser only. Works fine on my iPhone but I do miss having one. The login can be sluggish in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the opening messages read like templates. Push past that and they sort it.
I’ve been playing at Tenobet since about March, and I reckon I’ve got a fair bit of history to actually comment. Came across it off a mate who was chasing a site with decent lobby depth without all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which will matter to some of you a lot.
The lobby is pretty huge — roughly 3,000+ slots by my count, and the names you’d want all turn up: Pragmatic Play, Net Ent, Play’n GO, BTG, Yggdrasil, Microgaming’s back catalogue. Mainly I grind Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, both load quick in browser. Live side is all Evolution, so it’s what you’re getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times for Premier League, decent odds, nothing groundbreaking.
The welcome thing is 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you’ll want the promo code JOIN002 otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms first, it’s fairly standard either. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. To check current promos, you’ll find them at tenobet before you sign up. Min deposit’s ?10, signing up took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the stronger part in my experience. Cards go through, Skrill and Neteller are supported, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have come through within a day; cards were a bit longer. What did wind me up was KYC — they took a day and a half to clear my documents, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Nothing shady about it, but a bit of a wait.
Few more things: they don’t have an app, so you’re on browser only. Works fine on my iPhone though I do miss having one. Logging in can be sluggish around weekend evenings. Support’s fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the opening messages feel a bit scripted. Get past the script and they’re helpful enough.
