Been playing on Craybet for like six weeks or so and thought I’d throw out what I think since there isn’t a ton of talk about it in this forum. I signed up after seeing an ad and the whole process took maybe 90 seconds. Minimum deposit is $10 which is pretty standard. Got a sign-up bonus — 100% up to $500 and 50 free spins on Gates of Olympus. Wagering was 35x and that is kinda average but I’ve dealt with worse.
The game library is bigger than I expected. You’ll find games from Pragmatic Play, Betsoft, plus Big Time Gaming — meaning Book of Dead, Starburst, the usual heavy hitters. I’d guess maybe a couple thousand titles total if you count everything. Live dealer stuff runs on Evolution and it’s smooth — played some roulette and Lightning Roulette with real dealers and zero lag issues.
Tbh the thing that kinda bugged me was payout speed. Tried cashing out with Bitcoin and it took about 48 hours the first time. After that though things sped up. You can use credit cards, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, and crypto which covers pretty much everything you’d want. I’d look at what they’ve got going on at https://svnewtech.com to see for yourself.
Mobile experience on Craybet on my phone worked better than expected. I didn’t find a native app but the browser version loads fast and slots and live games work fine. I played some slots in bed and didn’t notice any lag or glitches.
Customer service on Craybet has been alright — live chat that actually connects pretty quick when I’ve used it. Had to ask about my verification docs and they sorted it same day. Not sure about Curacao-based from what I can tell and that’s standard for offshore casinos. It’s not flawless — wish they had more payment options — but as a daily player it does the job for me.
So I’ve been using Craybet for about two months now and figured I’d share my experience since I haven’t seen many posts about them around here. Registered after seeing an ad and the whole process took maybe a couple minutes. Minimum deposit is $10 which is normal for US-facing sites. I grabbed a sign-up bonus — 100% up to $500 plus 50 free spins on Sweet Bonanza. Playthrough requirements were 35 times the bonus which is kinda average but it’s manageable.
The game library is honestly pretty solid. You’ll find games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, plus Big Time Gaming — meaning Gates of Olympus, Gonzo’s Quest, the usual heavy hitters. I’d guess maybe 1500-2000 slots including table games. Live dealer stuff uses Evolution and it’s legit — played some blackjack and Crazy Time with actual croupiers and it worked great.
One thing that kinda bugged me was how long cashouts take. Withdrew via Skrill and waited like a day and a half for my first withdrawal. After that though it was faster. They accept credit cards, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin so that covers pretty much everything you’d want. You can check out what they’ve got going on over at Craybet review before you sign up.
Mobile experience on Craybet from my iPhone was surprisingly good. There’s no app to download but the browser version is responsive and everything works no problem. Was playing Book of Dead on my commute and didn’t notice any problems.
Support at Craybet has been alright — they have live chat and someone actually responds pretty quick when I’ve used it. I contacted them about a pending withdrawal and got it fixed pretty quickly. I think they’re Curacao licensed which is typical of offshore casinos. Wouldn’t say it’s perfect — promo codes seem rare — but overall I’m still using it.
