(FOLHAPRESS) – A Globo fez um acordo com o narrador Linhares Júnior para encerrar um processo de assédio moral e trabalhista que ele movia contra a empresa desde abril deste ano. O acordo foi firmado em setembro.
As conversas aconteceram de forma extrajudicial, e só depois foram levadas ao juízo. Os termos já foram homologados na 9ª Vara do Trabalho da Justiça de São Paulo, e o processo arquivado definitivamente.
Ao todo, a Globo desembolsou cerca de R$ 1,1 milhão no acordo, segundo documentos obtidos pelo F5. Linhares Júnior pedia R$ 4,6 milhões judicialmente. Ele diz que foi assediado moralmente pouco antes do desligamento da emissora, em outubro de 2021, ao ser chamado de “narrador ultrapassado” por um dos gerentes esportivos da emissora.
Linhares afirmou que na ocasião chegou a denunciar o assediador no setor de compliance da empresa, mas que oi dispensado logo após oficializar a queixa.
Questionada na ocasião sobre a denúncia feita por Linhares Júnior em 2021, a Globo alegou que o desligamento já era planejado meses antes.
“O desligamento do narrador foi uma decisão exclusivamente de gestão, prevista desde julho. Sobre as perguntas a respeito de compliance, a Globo não comenta assuntos da ouvidoria, mas reafirma seu total compromisso com a apuração criteriosa de todo relato de assédio, moral ou sexual, assim que a empresa toma conhecimento”, dizia a nota.
Pelos atuais termos do acordo entre Linhares Júnior e Globo, nenhuma das partes pode mais falar publicamente sobre o assunto, sob pagamento de multa previamente fixada.
Atualmente, Linhares Júnior segue sua carreira na RIC TV, afiliada da Record no Paraná. Ele também é líder da equipe esportiva da Jovem Pan no estado sulista, que já é primeira colocada de audiência no rádio paranaense.
