BRASÍLIA, DF (FOLHAPRESS) – O ministro Gilmar Mendes, do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), manteve nesta terça-feira (29) uma decisão da Justiça do Rio de Janeiro que quebrou os sigilos bancário e fiscal de Danielle Nóbrega, mulher do ex-PM Adriano da Nóbrega, morto em 2020 após mais de um ano foragido sob a acusação de comandar uma milícia na zona oeste do Rio de Janeiro.
A medida vale para informações referentes ao período em que Danielle exerceu cargo comissionado no gabinete do então deputado e hoje candidato à Presidência Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) na Alerj (Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro) entre 2007 e 2018.
Ela é uma das acusadas pelo Ministério Público do Rio de envolvimento no caso de “rachadinha” (repasse de salários) no gabinete de Flávio à época. As investigações foram encerradas após o STF e o STJ (Superior Tribunal de Justiça) anularem em 2021 as provas coletadas.
Ao STF, Danielle pediu a derrubada da quebra do sigilo sob o argumento de que usar, em uma ação por ato de improbidade administrativa, informações de um RIF (Relatório de Inteligência Financeira) do Coaf (Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras) compartilhado sem prévia autorização judicial viola uma tese firmada pelo Supremo em 2018.
Ela citou que, na ocasião, a corte entendeu que o compartilhamento de RIFs sem aval da Justiça só é permitido com órgãos de persecução penal e para fins criminais.
O decano, no entanto, negou o pedido por entender que o caso não poderia ir ao Supremo por ainda não terem sido esgotados os recursos em instâncias inferiores e porque a corte não decidiu, naquele julgamento citado por Danielle, sobre o compartilhamento de provas em procedimentos civis que envolvem o patrimônio público.
“O caso em análise envolve RIF espontaneamente comunicado pelo Coaf e anexado a inquérito civil regularmente instaurado, o qual deu ensejo ao posterior ajuizamento de ação civil pública por atos de improbidade com pedido de quebra de sigilo bancário e fiscal, sem indícios de fishing expedition e sem violação às regras do foro por prerrogativa de função, já que inexiste menção a operações ou atos praticados por parlamentar”, afirma.

I’ve been attempting to figure out whether I fall into Deep Winter or Deep Summer, and sincerely, it’s been pretty challenging. I have dark hair and a skin tone that’s hard to define—my undertone is pretty unclear, so it’s tough to tell which palette matches me best. Some of the Deep Winter colors like the rich navy blues and pure black really reveal a sharpness in my face, but then I notice that some of the more muted, dusty plums and greys from Deep Summer also make me look balanced and less harsh.
The difficult thing is that both palettes have overlapping cool, deep tones, so it’s hard to see the nuanced differences in how they interact with my skin. Sometimes, when I test clothes or scarves from each palette, the lighting changes everything—I can look vibrant one moment and faded the next.
I did find some helpful comparison charts online that highlight the key differences between Deep Winter and Deep Summer, especially around undertones and contrast levels, which helped a bit deep summer color palette .
