O vereador Lucas Kitão (Mobiliza) quer criar um protocolo de restrições contra a nomeação e posse de servidores públicos de homens que estejam condenados pelos crimes previstos na Lei Maria da Penha, no Estado. O projeto está previsto para ser apresentado na Assembleia Legislativa de Goiás (Alego), caso seja eleito deputado estadual.
Segundo o candidato, é uma medida de coibir a violência doméstica e fazer o agressor sentir, no bolso, e na vida pública o peso de ter cometido o crime, que é grave, e deve contar com ações efetivas do Estado, como já acontece nas vedações a nomeação de agressores condenados a nível municipal, prevista na Lei Orgânica do Município (LOM) para nomeação e posse de servidores.
Kitão cita que as medidas devem contar com ações contra as nomeações, cortes em benefícios sociais e incentivos fiscais para aquele homem que esteja condenado, com trânsito em julgado nestes crimes previstos na Lei 11.340/2006, a Lei Maria da Penha. “Não podemos fingir que está tudo bem. Quem escolher a violência, vai ter uma resposta firme do estado. Para o agressor, consequência. Para a vítima, proteção”, disse o candidato a deputado estadual.
