nnnnSeguindo a norma regulamentadora NR 05 do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, o Hospital Estadual da Mulher Dr. Jurandir do Nascimento (HEMU) realizará de 8 a 11 de maio (segunda a quinta-feira), das 7h às 23h, a eleição dos novos membros da Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes (CIPA) para gestão 2023/2024. Cerca de mil servidores estão aptos a votarem nos 21 candidatos que concorrem a 14 vagas, sendo sete trabalhadores titulares e sete suplentes.

A comissão paritária é constituída por representantes dos empregados, eleitos em escrutínio secreto, e dos empregadores, designados pelo empregador. A CIPA têm como objetivo formar uma parceria entre funcionários e empresa para que de uma forma dinâmica e funcional possa haver um diálogo para a conscientização da prevenção de acidentes e promoção da saúde no ambiente laboral. Dentre as funções da CIPA está a preservação da integridade física dos funcionários através de ações que minimizem situações de riscos de acidentes e doenças no trabalho.
A pediatra Katiuscia Faria faz questão de participar desse momento. “É muito importante para continuar garantir a segurança no nosso ambiente de trabalho e por isso faço questão de participar”, afirma. O assistente técnico em Saúde Marcelo de Assis Mariano tem o mesmo pensamento. “É muito importante contribuir e garantir que a CIPA continue desempenhando bem o seu papel que é o de garantir aos funcionários a preservação de nossa integridade física, além de minimizar as situações de riscos de acidentes no nosso ambiente de trabalho”, detalha.
O resultado da eleição dos novos cipeiros deverá ser divulgada na próxima sexta-feira, dia 12 de maio.
