nnnnEm declarações recentes, o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva já sinalizou que pretende, se houver condições, reestatizar a Eletrobras, com o argumento de que a venda representou um “crime de lesa-pátria”. A empresa foi privatizada no ano passado, ainda na gestão Bolsonaro.
nnnnSilveira ressaltou que entende que a privatização é um fato e foi aprovada por meio de lei pelo Congresso Nacional. “Não é que a página esteja virada, as discussões podem acontecer”, disse, citando que cabe ao governo decidir se deve ou não judicializar a questão e que não há como prever o resultado.
nnnn“Nossa (do governo) golden share é vergonhosa, não serve para absolutamente nada, não dá nenhuma estabilidade, nenhuma segurança a esse grande setor estratégico de energia”, afirmou o ministro.
