nnnnO ministro do STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) Alexandre de Moraes autorizou a transferência do ex-deputado Roberto Jefferson para um hospital particular no Rio de Janeiro, após sua condição de saúde ter piorado em decorrência de uma queda.
nnnnJefferson estava internado no Hospital Penitenciário Hamilton Agostinho, em Bangu, no Rio de Janeiro, mas a defesa do ex-deputado alega que a unidade não possui estrutura para oferecer o tratamento médico adequado. Com a autorização de Moraes, ele será transferido para o Hospital Samaritano Botafogo, também no Rio.
nnnnO aval concedido pelo ministro está condicionado ao cumprimento de medidas cautelares, que o proíbem de receber visitas não autorizadas, acessar redes sociais, conceder entrevistas ou usar celular, tablet ou qualquer outro aparelho eletrônico de comunicação.
nnnnEle também receberá escolta da Polícia Penal durante todo o período da internação. A violação de qualquer uma dessas condições motivará o retorno à unidade prisional, diz Moraes na decisão.
nnnnEm relatório médico emitido pela Seap (Secretaria de Estado de Administração Penitenciária) do Rio de Janeiro, os médicos informam que Jefferson deu entrada na unidade hospitalar em 2 de junho após sofrer uma queda e bater a cabeça.
nnnnSegundo os profissionais, o ex-deputado tem um “hematoma em região frontal esquerda”, apresenta sinais de desorientação, relata ouvir vozes, está em “estado geral ruim” e desidratado.
nnnnOs médicos suspeitam que Jefferson pode ter sofrido traumatismo craniano em decorrência da queda e, por isso, necessita ser submetido a exames complementares que a unidade hospitalar prisional não tem condições de ofertar.
nnnnO relatório também recomenda a realização de exames para rastrear uma possível recidiva de câncer, dada a piora do estado de saúde do ex-deputado. Em 2012, ele precisou se submeter a tratamento após a retirada de um tumor maligno no pâncreas.
nnnn“A Seap não dispõe dos meios para ofertar ao paciente o adequado cumprimento das medidas acima mencionadas. Em destaque, não dispomos de exames de imagem tomográfica, marcadores tumorais para rastreio de neoplasias e dosagem de hormônios tireoidianos”, afirmou o órgão.
nnnnJefferson foi preso em 23 de outubro de 2022, por ordem de Moraes, sob alegação de descumprimento reiterado de regras da prisão domiciliar em que estava desde janeiro de 2022, por questões de saúde.
nnnnNa ocasião, Moraes relaxou a prisão preventiva decretada em agosto de 2021 no âmbito do inquérito das milícias digitais ligadas ao então presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
