nnnnA pedido do Palmeiras, a polícia abriu um inquérito criminal na terça-feira para investigar a Real Arenas, empresa parceira da WTorre na administração do Allianz Parque. O clube alviverde cobra uma dívida de quase R$ 128 milhões, referente às receitas da arena que não são repassadas desde 2015. As informações são do site GE. A empresa contesta o valor.
nnnnO documento com a solicitação do Palmeiras foi enviado na última semana ao delegado titular do 23º Distrito Policial de São Paulo. O clube pede para a apuração de possíveis crimes de apropriação indébita e associação criminosa, além do bloqueio de bens, valores e contas da Real Arenas e seus gestores, e a quebra do sigilo bancário da empresa desde novembro de 2014, ano do início da parceria.
nnnnSegundo o Palmeiras, somente os valores de novembro e dezembro de 2014 e de janeiro a junho de 2015, exceto maio, foram pagos. A dívida é discutida na Justiça desde 2017, por meio de uma ação de execução de título extrajudicial.
nnnnComo ainda não houve solução nos, o clube levou o tema à polícia. O valor é considerado indiscutível pelo Palmeiras, como consta no inquérito. A Real Arenas, por sua vez, contesta os valores e diz não ter conhecimento sobre o inquérito. A empresa também criticou a presidente Leila Pereira.
