Petrobras vai convocar mais de 2 mil aprovados em concursos e realizar novo processo neste ano

Foi definido ainda que um novo processo seletivo público de nível técnico, contemplando 458 vagas, será aberto até o final deste ano.

A Petrobras informou que irá convocar 2.170 aprovados em dois concursos nacionais, de níveis superior e técnico, que estavam no cadastro de reserva da companhia. Foi definido ainda que um novo processo seletivo público de nível técnico, contemplando 458 vagas, será aberto até o final deste ano.

“Estamos admitindo 100% desses dois cadastros de reserva. Muito em breve, mais de 2 mil pessoas irão realizar o sonho de ser Petrobras. É sempre bom poder contar com novos talentos que chegam motivados e com novas visões para o negócio e processos de trabalho. É com esse mesmo entusiasmo que esperamos os novos empregados para nos ajudar a construir a Petrobras do futuro”, disse em nota o presidente da companhia, Jean Paul Prates.

O concurso de nível superior, realizado em 2021, irá agregar 1.350 novos empregados para a companhia, abrangendo as principais ênfases de engenharia, além de analistas de sistemas e cientistas de dados, administradores, economistas, geólogos e geofísicos. Já as 820 novas admissões vindas do concurso de nível técnico realizado em 2023 terão atuação na produção do campo de Búzios e no refino.

Além da convocação do total dos dois cadastros de reserva vigentes, até o final deste ano ainda deve ser aberto mais um processo seletivo público com 458 vagas de nível técnico. O edital terá previsão de 20% de vagas para candidatos negros e outros 20% para candidatos PcD (acima dos 5% que determina a legislação).
