Contribuintes podem tirar dúvidas, atualizar cadastro e emitir boletos sem agendamento prévio

Central de Atendimento do IPTU inicia atividade nesta segunda-feira (5/2), no prédio do Serviço Social do Comércio (Sesc), localizado na Rua 19, no Centro: espaço fica ao lado do prédio da Justiça Federal | Foto: Sefin
A Prefeitura de Goiânia, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Finanças (Sefin), inicia nesta segunda-feira (5/2), a partir das 9h, o atendimento presencial dos contribuintes na Central do IPTU. A estrutura foi montada no prédio do Serviço Social do Comércio (Sesc), localizado na Rua 19, no Centro. O espaço fica ao lado do prédio da Justiça Federal.

“A experiência do ano passado, quando criamos esse atendimento específico, demonstrou a eficiência da Central do IPTU como forma de garantir uma comunicação mais direta e transparente com a população. Devemos aprimorar ainda mais os serviços devido a uma série de treinamentos que nossos servidores passaram, para atender com mais precisão”, afirma o titular da Sefin, Vinícius Henrique Alves.

Funcionamento e serviços
A Central do IPTU funcionará de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 17h, sem agendamento prévio, até o dia 1º de março. No local, foram montados 11 guichês, onde técnicos e auditores tributários da Sefin vão:

Emitir boletos
Efetuar pagamentos por meio de cartões e PIX
Consultar o número de inscrição municipal
Conferir os documentos necessários para abrir o processo de revisão ou atualização cadastral
Novidade
Uma das novidades da Central do IPTU deste ano é a parceria com o Atende Fácil, que disponibilizou servidores para a unidade. Assim, os contribuintes, que após o atendimento pelos técnicos da Sefin necessitarem fazer a abertura de processos, serão encaminhados para a sala da central de atendimento.

Assim como em 2023, todos os serviços continuam a ser feitos também nas agências da rede do Atende Fácil, em cinco pontos da cidade, por agendamento, pelo site www.goiania.go.gov.br no ícone do Atende Fácil na tela principal.
