BRASÍLIA, DF (FOLHAPRESS) – O senador Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) foi filiado ao partido do MBL, o Missão, sem ter conhecimento disso, o que atrapalha o registro de sua candidatura presidencial, que seria feita por sua equipe nesta quinta-feira (13).
Os advogados do candidato afirmam que vão buscar uma ordem judicial para restabelecer a filiação dele ao PL. Segundo a advogada e ex-ministra Maria Claudia Bucchianeri, a filiação à revelia é um crime.
Segundo os dados do TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral), Flávio foi filiado ao Missão na quarta-feira (12), o que automaticamente cancela sua filiação ao PL na mesma data.
Atualmente, por meio de um sistema da Justiça Eleitoral, a filiação a um partido pode ser feita utilizando somente alguns dados do filiado, como número do título de eleitor, data de nascimento e nome dos pais -dados conhecidos no caso de Flávio.
A lei eleitoral exige, porém, que os candidatos estejam regularmente filiados ao partido pelo qual vão concorrer ao menos seis meses antes do pleito e, por isso, a filiação ao Missão impede que o PL registre a candidatura de Flávio na Justiça Eleitoral.
O prazo para registro termina às 19h de sábado (15). A campanha eleitoral começa oficialmente no dia seguinte, em 16 de agosto.
