Para a médica e sexóloga Farzana Khan, do RegenLab, o sexo matinal é o ideal. Em entrevista ao The Sun, a especialista defendeu que a prática sexual pouco depois de acordar é uma das formas mais saudáveis de começar o dia.
Segundo a responsável, o sexo matinal pode ajudar a controlar a pressão alta e os níveis de estresse. Nos homens, até ajuda a reduzir os riscos de câncer da próstata.

“De modo geral, o sexo é altamente benéfico para a saúde cardiovascular, mas a prática diurna pode ajudar na disposição ao longo do dia e equilibra o organismo. O sexo matinal ajuda a ativar o cérebro, proporcionando um fluxo repentino de hormônios da felicidade para o corpo”, explica.
Ela acrescenta ainda que, “os fluxos de testosterona e estrogênio são naturalmente muito mais altos em homens e mulheres logo pela manhã. Por isso, há mais disposição”.
