Em meio a ameaças de morte e estupro nas redes sociais contra a deputada federal eleita Ana Elisa, do Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT), o Ministério dos Direitos Humanos e da Cidadania (MDHC) solicitou providências para garantir a proteção da parlamentar por meio do Programa Estadual de Proteção de Minas Gerais.
Logo após o primeiro turno das eleições, realizado no último domingo (4), Ana Elisa relatou os ataques nas redes sociais e disse temer pela própria vida. Segundo ela, as ameaças já existiam, mas se intensificaram após a disseminação de notícias falsas.
“Estou sofrendo mais ameaças de morte. Acredito que ninguém mereça ser ameaçado de morte por estar politicamente engajado. O debate político, para mim, nunca foi sobre isso. Minha equipe desativou minha conta no Twitter porque estávamos recebendo ameaças de morte a cada dois minutos, além de ameaças de estupro. Estou totalmente vulnerável. Eu, por enquanto, não tenho uma força-tarefa de segurança”, afirmou.
O Ministério dos Direitos Humanos e da Cidadania não detalhou as medidas que serão adotadas, por razões de segurança e para preservar a integridade da deputada federal eleita.
Segundo a pasta, a equipe do Programa Estadual de Proteção de Minas Gerais atuará em conjunto com o Programa de Proteção aos Defensores de Direitos Humanos, Comunicadores e Ambientalistas para acompanhar e avaliar o caso.
Para isso, o ministério solicitou à Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social de Minas Gerais, responsável pelo programa estadual, a realização de uma análise de risco, a articulação com os órgãos de inteligência policial e a adoção de providências para investigar as ameaças e identificar os responsáveis.
A reportagem não conseguiu obter informações sobre o caso com a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social nem com o Ministério Público de Minas Gerais.
Ana Elisa, de 21 anos, nasceu em Divinópolis, no interior do estado. Estudante de Direito, trabalhava como estagiária no Tribunal Regional do Trabalho de Minas Gerais. Eleita com mais de 524 mil votos, foi a segunda deputada federal mais votada do estado. Também se tornou a mulher mais votada da história de Minas Gerais para a Câmara dos Deputados e a deputada federal mais jovem já eleita no Brasil.
