nnnnLula defendeu ainda a ação da Advocacia-Geral da União, que foi ao Supremo Tribunal Federal questionar pontos da privatização. O relator do caso, ministro Nunes Marques, ainda não tomou decisão sobre o assunto.
nnnn“Agora veja a sacanagem. (…) O governo tem 43% das ações da Petrobras [Eletrobras], mas no conselho só tem direito a 1 voto. Os nossos quarenta [por cento] só vale 1 [voto]. Quem tem 3% tem o mesmo direito do governo. Entramos na Justiça para que o governo tenha a quantidade de votos para a quantidade de ações que ele tem”, afirmou o presidente.
nnnn“Se o governo quiser comprar de volta a Eletrobras e tiver um cara qualquer que ofereça R$ 30 bilhões, o governo tem que pagar três vezes a oferta que foi feita pelo setor privado. Ou seja, é a sacanagem para tentar evitar que o governo possa ser responsável pela energia que o povo tanto precisa.”
nnnnO presidente também disse que o governo não vai “vender” mais ativos da Petrobras nem dos Correios.
